We check the email on a regular basis everyday. How big of a window cleaning job can we do? We do all jobs from very small store fronts to the largest high rise. We specialize in the window cleaning field. What kind of chemicals do we use? That would depend on the windows. What type of glass is in the window? What type of framing is used (wood, metal, plastic)? Is it mirrored glass? Is it first side mirrored glass? Are the windows stained (hard water stains, chemical reaction stains, acid rain stains)? There are many possibilities and I have named only a few. We provide free estimates so that we can actually see what you have and quote you appropriately. What kind of equipment do we use? The basic equipment we use is a squeegee, a wand / scrubber and a sponge. Other equipment we use are water fed pole with deionized/filtered water, Ladders, lifts, suspended scaffold, regular scaffolding, poles, brushes, scrapers, razor blades, hoses, ropes, soaps, acids, (Ph) bases. Depending on the building we also use “Sky Genie” equipment which is a modified Boatswain chair. We also use boom lifts which some people call JLG’s. What are the other services we perform? Some of the other services we perform are wall washing, eaves cleaning (gutters), post construction final general clean up, light fixtures, high dusting, ceiling fans, any hard to reach areas you might have that need to be cleaned.
